INTERNACIONAL ARTIS S.A. guarantees the protection and confidentiality of the personal data of any kind that you provide us, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
In compliance with the current data protection regulations, and within the framework of the new legal framework established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as the national regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that the personal data you provide us will be processed by INTERNACIONAL ARTIS S.A., with registered office at Paseo de Recoletos nº 41, 28004, Madrid.
You declare that the information and data you have provided are accurate and truthful, and INTERNACIONAL ARTIS S.A. reserves the right to exclude from the services those users who have provided false data, without prejudice to any legal actions that may be taken.
