Discover the wax figure of Plácido Domingo, one of the most powerful and versatile voices of contemporary opera, admired all over the world.

Born in Madrid in 1941, his international career began in the 1960s. He has performed more than 150 different roles, a record number, and has sung in the world's most prestigious theaters. As well as a tenor, he has been an orchestra conductor, cultural manager, and promoter of young talent. He formed part of the famous trio “The Three Tenors” together with Pavarotti and Carreras. Interesting fact: he began his artistic career working in his parents’ traveling “Zarzuela” company in Mexico.
